Exceptional wine service by a knowledgeable and well grounded sommelier- with a deep appreciation of the indigenous varietals for which puglia is known. This was an experience that I will look forward to having again.

Perfect beach restaurant, modern atmosphere, Very good food ( best in our 2 weeks in southern Italy) and perfect, friendly service!

This gem of a restaurant next to the sea is the epitome of the Puglian experience. The ambiance is gorgeous, clean and simple. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. The food is extraordinary,, fresh and perfectly prepared. The wine list was also generous and the sommelier was extremely helpful.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and is located in the heart of the city. Good pasta but nothing exceptional with regard to meals I recommend red garlic tartar and frittis with their dizziness sauce 😍 to come back !

One of the most beautiful locations to eat dinner, yet felt so exclusive, a truly hidden gem! The food was delicious and staff were so attentive! Would absolutely return. Would also make a beautiful venue for a private event!

Truly exceptional dining experience! My wife invited me here for our wedding anniversary and it was the perfect open air fine dining experience. The menu is very focused, the amuse-Bouches were stunning, and the plates both refined and innovative. The portions are typical for high end dining, the service was impeccable, and the setting very photogenic. The location is rural, but it is definitely worth the trip.

The room and the restaurant were charming. Our waiter, Luca, had control of the room and brought out the food knowing where each dish went, a sign of a professional waiter. If I come back next year with a group I will definitely book Mia Terra.

Sat at an open window with a light breeze blowing on us while we ate. Stayed for 3 hours and had a wonderful evening. Food was great and the drinks were delicious

Not only was the sushi creative and delicious, the staff went out of their way to make our evening special. Someone in our family wasn&rsquo;t feeling well and there are no taxis in the area. Without hesitation, the staff offered to drive us home and refused to take any money for it. Truly service and small town kindness at its best. Grazie mille

CarloQuinto was one of my favorite culinary experiences in Puglia. Gorgeous view of the ocean from your table and the staff is extremely efficient, kind, and hospitable. Every bite is a masterpiece and their Spritz is delicious! I really enjoyed my lunch here and would eat here every day if I could!
